1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

Monyash Private Limited provides Starlink kits professional installations, and Wi-Fi  intallations and extensions for homes, offices, and businesses across Zimbabwe. Our goal is to ensure every household and business enjoys fast, reliable, and high-quality internet connectivity.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local and national regulations in Zimbabwe. Any misuse of our equipment or services is strictly prohibited.

4. Orders and Payments

Clients are free to pay either in advance or immediately after installation. Payments can be made through any officially approved Monyash Pvt Ltd channel. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any installation where payment has not been made or confirmed.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund requests must be communicated promptly so that both parties can discuss and agree on a fair resolution. 

Where applicable, refunds may take up to 14 working days after an agreement has been reached.

6. Installation, Safety, and Warranty

All installations are carried out by qualified Monyash technicians. Clients are responsible for ensuring safe access to installation areas.

Once the kit has been installed, the client becomes fully responsible for keeping their equipment safe.

Monyash Pvt Ltd will not be held liable for any loss or damage caused by:

Electrical faults or power surges

Theft or vandalism

Physical damage (e.g., falling equipment, improper handling, or weather exposure)

We offer a 6 months warranty covering installation workmanship only.

If any network interruptions occur, Monyash Pvt Ltd will make every reasonable effort to work with relevant partners to restore connectivity as quickly as possible.

7. User Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information about their site location and ensure all equipment is used safely and correctly.

8. Limitation of Liability

Monyash Pvt Ltd shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or equipment.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and designs—remains the property of Monyash Pvt Ltd and may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without written consent.

11. Changes to Terms
